Creekside Withdrawal Management Centre is a 30-bed facility providing comprehensive withdrawal management services to support adults and youth withdrawing from alcohol and/or drugs. Located in Surrey, the centre includes 24 adult beds and 6 dedicated youth beds. The inpatient program provides 24-hour medical supervision and support for adults aged 19 and up and youth aged 14-18 who want to withdraw and stabilize from the physical effects of alcohol and other substances. Services include counseling, assessment, substance use information, harm reduction, and referrals to other services. Additionally, Creekside offers an outpatient daytox program, providing flexible treatment options for clients at different stages of recovery.
